Steve was recommended to us by a neighbor. He came out right away to look at the job. He gave us a very detailed quote. We hired him for a major master bathroom remodel. He demoed the old acrylic shower stall and whirlpool tub, removed the vanity, moved the shower drain and vent, and re-routed the hot and cold water lines to the new locations. The job is still ongoing as their are several other sub-contractors involved. Steve answers calls or texts promptly and shows up when he promised. His price was reasonable. If you're looking for an experienced, reliable, responsive plumber, Steve's your man.

I called Steve to replace 3 toilets and 3 bathroom faucets. He promptly gave me a reasonable quote and came out a few days later to complete the job. He also texted me to let me know he was on the way and that he would return my call when he left the dentist. I am more than pleased with Steve's response time and promptness on getting our toilets and faucets swapped out. Everything looks and works great in our bathrooms now and I will certainly call Steve if I ever have another plumbing need. Great guy and great service.

I called Steve Friday afternoon about my water heater not working. He gave me a price and said he would be here on Sunday. Steve came and installed my new water heater and hauled my old one off. He did a great job and recommend him highly. If I need any other Plumbing work done I will definitely call him again. 😊

Power to my gas tankless water heater went out due to a power outage. No hot water on Thanksgiving morning....Other plumbers claim to be 24 hour but none of them answered when I called. However, Steve from Watertite Plumbing did take my call and helped to figure out how to reset the system and restore hot water to my home. steve did an amazing job! I called around to other companies for a quote that wouldn't come unless they visited to see the problem, I called steve and told him my problem he told me exactly how much it would cost. he was very professional and very patient with my dogs and myself. even when I went to give him a tip for such fast service, he wouldn't hear of it. he is very professional and such a great guy! any future problems I have with plumbing I am calling him first! thank you steve!

My toilet was making a whistling noise for about a week and I bought several different drain opening solutions. None of them worked. I finally googled Waterlite and Steve answered. He asked me what the problem was he told me to turn my water valve to the right. I did exactly what he said and the whistling stopped immediately. I was taken back by the integrity and willingness to help. He could’ve charged me and didn’t. If I ever have another issue I will definitely be calling him.
